The Certificate of commencement of business was also granted by ROC to the company on 15/02/1985.

The company is listed on Delhi Stock Exchange Association Limited.

The company went for a Public Issue on 21.08.1989 by launching 3,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par which were fully subscribed

The company went for a Public Issue on 04.04.1990 by launching 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par which were fully subscribed

The company went for a Public Issue on 15.01.1992 by launching 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each at par which were fully subscribed and the total paid up capital of the company after the said Public Issues stood at Rs.2,00,00,000/-.

Later on 05.04.1997 following 3 companies were merged with the Company with the order of honorable High Court of Delhi.

M/s Vidarbha Merchants Pvt. Ltd.- Authorised capital – 1.60 Cr and Paid Up Capital Rs. 15904100/-

M/s Pankaj Products Pvt. Ltd.- Authorised capital – 1Cr and Paid Up Capital Rs. 9931200/-

One Share of M/s Sophia Exports Ltd was allotted for every 2 shares held in above companies.

This Makes the Total Paid up capital of The Merged entity to Rs. 38535000/-

The company is listed on Delhi Stock Exchange having Authorised equity-share capital of Rs. 3,90,00,000 with 310 shareholders as on date.

It is a cash rich company and has earned substantial profits during the last years. The management is hopeful that diversification in the real estate business will increase its profits substantially.
